Architectural Design
From your initial briefing we work with you to develop and realise your design aspirations. With designs presented to you in the form of sketch layouts, plans, elevations and 3d modelling as appropriate to suit your proposed development.

Planning
Through the planning process your proposals will be assessed against various criteria set out within the Island Plan. We will work with you ensure that your application meets these requirements to provide the best opportunity for obtaining a planning approval.

Building Bye-laws
Detailed design drawings, byelaw compliance notes, schedules and documentation are all required for a building bye-law application. Submissions are required to show compliance with the approved technical guidance laid down within the Building Bye-laws (Jersey) 2007 regulations.

Site works / Project Management
From tender through the construction phase to completion we will guide you through all the specification and contractual requirements that are required to deliver a successful project on site.
