Project : Les Augres, Rue du Moulin de Bas, Trinity
Design Proposal :
Purchased by our clients with planning permission for development, we revised the approved scheme and gained planning permission for a total of seven dwellings, which included the original house and the conversion of the existing barns. These family homes in a courtyard setting in the heart of Trinity are traditionally detailed with lime rendered walls, a traditional mixture of slate and pantile roofs and some contemporary detailing. Interestingly this was our first project in which we had to deal with a resident bat population. Liaising with Dr Lousie Magris of ‘Environmental Services’ bat lofts with accessible roof slates & louvred windows were integrated into the detailed design proposals.
