Design with Purpose
The design philosophy of the practice has been developed on an understanding of traditional hand drawing / technical drawing techniques and 3D computer modelling.
With each project being carefully considered on its individual merits our practice portfolio now boasts a large variety of projects / development types and styles. The practice is primarily focused on private and public residential (new builds and extensions) and private commercial developments.

Architectural Design
From your initial briefing we work with you to develop and realise your design aspirations. With designs presented to you in the form of sketch layouts, plans, elevations and 3d modelling as appropriate to suit your proposed development.

Planning
Through the planning process your proposals will be assessed against various criteria set out within the Island Plan. We will work with you ensure that your application meets these requirements to provide the best opportunity for obtaining a planning approval.

Building Bye-laws
Detailed design drawings, byelaw compliance notes, schedules and documentation are all required for a building bye-law application. Submissions are required to show compliance with the approved technical guidance laid down within the Building Bye-laws (Jersey) 2007 regulations.

Site works / Project Management
From tender through the construction phase to completion we will guide you through all the specification and contractual requirements that are required to deliver a successful project on site. Client, design team and contractors working together to achieve the best outcomes is paramount for success.

Every plan is special
For all new projects we normally arrange an initial meeting at the property to discuss requirements/options at no charge
